Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount via any payment method is ৳200.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Funds deposited into an account must come from the member's own sources. cx888 reserves the right to verify transaction details for both deposits and withdrawals. If any illegal or suspicious transaction is identified, cx888 may put that transaction on hold and investigate the associated account.

cx888 offers a welcome bonus for new members. Under the current offer, a 100% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Bonus Example

For example — if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited amount. For example — for a ৳1,000 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 will be required before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• If any bonus-related fraud or irregularity is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using more than one account from a single IP address or a single device is prohibited.
• cx888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

cx888 operates a five-tier VIP program for its regular members. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback

• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment, cx888 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of one person.
• Following any strategy or coordinated method with the intent to abuse bonus funds.
